Update On Our Second Litter!

Can you believe that those sweet puppies are now 6 months old?! We can't hardly believe it! They have grown so much! Let me go over each pup and let you know how they are doing!

First is Copper! Copper was bought by Paul and Taylor. Copper was up against one other puppy when Paul and Taylor came by to choose their dog. Copper was being the sweetest, and he stole their hearts! He loves his mom and dad, along with swimming and being sassy. He is such a sweetheart and Paul and Taylor couldn't be happier with Copper!

Next is Dutchess! Dutchess was bought by Stephen, a super kind gentleman who was just needing a buddy. He had recently lost a previous dog, and it was the most amazing thing to see him light up when he saw Dutchess. Dutchess was our biggest puppy of the litter. She was just the cutest! Dutchess has grown into a beautiful dog! She loves retrieving, especially from the lake. She loves barking, much to Stephen's dismay. But he says that she has become an amazing dog, and he just adores her!

Marge is our next puppy. Marge was bought by Taylor and Sarah. They are a super fun, adventurous couple, and this pup was in for a fun life! Marge was our smallest puppy, and she is proving to be our smallest still! These dogs are almost full grown, and sweet Marge only weighs about 40 lbs! Marge loves to swim and run. She is so friendly and loves everyone!

Next up is Kiba! Kiba was bought by Jose and Whitley. Jose and Whitley wanted a companion for their other dog, Akita. Kiba is proving to be a very fun, playful, happy dog! He loves playing with Jose and Whitley's son and Akita.

Jade was our next pup. She was bought by Kali and Josh. Kali and Josh had another dog, and they decided that their dog needed a friend, so they came to get sweet Jade. Jade is doing so good! She is a very smart dog and extremely sweet. Kali and Josh just love her!

Kai was our only chocolate puppy. He was bought by cute Alysha. She fell in love with him the minute she saw him. She even said that she originally came to get a black puppy, but couldn't part with Kai. Kai has grown to be a very fun dog. Alysha says that he has a ton of energy, and it's been amazing having that energy around.

Lulu was our last female puppy sold! She was bought by Tom and Aleesa. They brought their cute kids to help them pick out the puppy, and it was obvious to us that Lulu was gonna be the pup for them! Tom says that Lulu is doing great! They took her on a camping trip in the mountains, and that Lulu loved exploring and being there with the kids. She sleeps good at night and is very friendly!

Bruno is the final puppy! He was bought by the super cute Patino family! He is doing very well, and is getting bigger and crazier each day! He has been a very good family dog, and the family just adores him!

We're also pleased to announce that none of these pups have any health problems or allergies!

We will be having another litter here soon! Keep checking back for updates, or follow us on Instagram @flinnfamilydogs or on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/flinnfamilydogs

Welcome to Flinn Family Dogs!

Hello! We are so excited to introduce our website!

Here's a quick introduction on us, the owners!

Kurtis was born and raised in Harrisville, UT. He grew up in a hunting family. He has very fond memories of hunting with his uncles and grandfather. He loves all things animals. He always had a dog growing up, which is where Kurtis discovered his love of the animal. He truly believes that dogs are Man's Best Friend. He is very proud of his dogs, as well as the two cows he is raising.

Jessica was born in California, but was raised in South Jordan, UT. She was a part of a big family, and she also had dogs growing up. Her fondest memory of one of her childhood dogs was after a bad break-up, she was crying in her room. Her boxer/lab mix Roxie started scratching at her door, so Jessica opened the door and let the dog in, and the dog just laid with her while she cried.

Kurtis and Jessica met while serving LDS missions in Philadelphia, PA. We became fast friends, and after we both returned home, we started dating and fell in love. We were married in the Bountiful, UT Temple on September 12, 2015. We have since welcomed two beautiful children, Annie, who is 4, and Charles, who is almost 18 months.

We bought our first dog together after suffering a miscarriage in between our two children. We knew relatively quickly after bringing her home that we wanted to breed her. We wanted to help others feel the companionship that we felt through having a dog in the family. Our kids both love the dogs as much as we do.

Thank you for supporting us in something we are passionate about! Check back often to see updates!

Second Litter Details!

Here is a breakdown of each puppy, and all the details surrounding them that we have as of today (January 18, 2021). We are not naming the puppies, but we call them by the color of their collar. :)

This little cutie is our red fox female. "White" is going for $450. She is a little bit more on the anxious side. She didn't like being away from her momma. She whined as the pictures were being taken, but she calmed down as soon as she was picked up.

This pup is our red fox male. "Red" is going for $400. He was very calm through the whole "photo shoot". He was very curious though. He was constantly moving, and that is why the pictures didn't turn out quite as clear as his sister's. He is also a few shades darker than his fellow red sibling.

This very stoic pup is our chocolate male. "Blue" is going for $350. He was very serious. He didn't seem to care about his surroundings, more about the fact that he was being held and he liked it!

This handsome guy is our black male. "Orange" is going for $350. He was VERY happy. He wouldn't stop smiling! He was calm in Kurtis's hands and just seemed very chill.

This puppy is one of our black females. "Green" is going for $400. She didn't fuss or whine, but she has a little attitude. She did NOT want her picture taken, and you can tell from that cute little RBF.

This cutie is another one of the black females. "Yellow" is going for $400. She is a very happy puppy. She was very calm and smiling during this whole exchange.

"Brown" is another black female. She is going for $400. She was a little bit more on the nervous side. She whined for a couple seconds, but then calmed down. I think she may have just been mad that we woke her up!

"Grey" is the last of our puppies. She is a black female, and she is going for $400. She just seemed neutral about the whole thing.

Our Second Litter!

Hooray!! Our second litter is here! We had eight puppies born to Lou and Skrewt on January 4th, 2021. It was the perfect way to start off a new year!

Lou had been laboring all day on January 3rd. She was restless, clingy, and nesting. We had been monitoring her temperature for the week leading up to the birth, and when it finally dropped below 100 degrees, we knew the time was coming. We checked on her regularly, but it didn't seem like anything was progressing. We knew that labor can take anywhere from 12-24 hours, so we weren't worried. We knew that if she hadn't given birth by the morning of the 4th, we were all ready to call the vet. We woke up on the 4th to 8 beautiful puppies, already cleaned and fed. Lou did such a great job! We aren't sure what time the puppies were born, but it was sometime in the middle of the night.

We had the dew claws removed on January 6th. It was there that we found out that we have 5 little girls and 3 little boys. This was a little bit of a shock since the last litter only had one girl. We are so thrilled!

Our Sweet Newt

We chose to keep Newt from our first litter. Our original reason was because he was a chocolate, and we didn't have one of those yet. But it has turned into so much more than that.

We both struggle with depression. Jessica's depression is a more mild case, and Kurtis's depression is a little bit more debilitating. Newt has been a HUGE help to Kurtis's mental health. Newt is the epitome of a "companion dog". He follows Kurtis around like his life depends on it. Kurtis and Newt have an incredible connection.

Newt is now almost 2 years old, and we are so happy with the way he has turned out. He is our best behaved dog, and he is just a good boy! We love him so much!
